Issue: Restaurant states the Fusion Prep label printer is not printing
Potential Issues
- Printer has no power
- Printer internet cable is plugged into the wrong wall jack
- iPad is not on the correct WiFi
- iPad needs to be rebooted
NOTE: If the ipad can print to other printers it will then be isolated to the one printer. Follow the steps under "Verify Power". If the ipad can NOT print to any printer, follow the steps under "Reboot iPad".
Verify Power

Verify that the power switch is in the ON Position (the vertical line pressed down means the printer is turned on. A power light will also be illuminated)

Verify both ends of the power cable are connected and secure (there is no power brick for Bixolon printers; power is direct from printer to wall)

Verify that ethernet cable is securely plugged into the back of the printer. (There should be a flashing light near the network port on the back of the printer)
- Verify the outlet has power (Contact Facilities if help is needed)
Verify iPad Network Connectivity:

Go to settings > Wi-Fi
- The iPad should be connected to one of the following networks:
- FK Equip – Only Orlando FK stores will utilize this network
- CRG – FK and Cali
- Fresh Kitchen - FK
- If the password is unknown ask the stores MP, if still unknown please put in a Tech Ticket
Reboot iPad

Select one of the iPads that is not printing

Power Down the selected iPad for 2-3 minutes and turn it back on. Click here for instructions.

Try printing a label again.

If successful repeat step on all iPads that are not printing.
