Brink POS Will Not Load

Issue: Brink will not load on the Brink terminal
 

Requirements: 

Brink ConnectWise login to remote access into the terminal.

 

Steps:

  1. On the terminal, open Google Chrome

  2. Click the menu button ⋮ > More Tools > Clear browsing data. 

  3. On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear.

  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data

Note: Warning: Doing this will sign you out of all accounts on Google Chrome
