Issue: Kitchen screen is powered off or the Brink software will not load
Solution: Reboot the Kitchen display screen
- Locate the kitchen display that you would like to reboot
- Locate the power button (on the bottom right or left of the screen
- Hold down the power button for 10 seconds and wait for the Kitchen display to FULLY turn off
- Wait 1 minute then press the power button to turn the kitchen display back on.
- Give the display 2 minutes to turn on and connect to the network to load the Brink software.
- Kitchen Display should be on and working. If not, please reach out to the tech team by opening a ticket.
