If you hear a beeping noise in the back office, try to locate the source. If it is coming from a black box, it is most likely the UPS, and the battery will need to be replaced. Please open a ticket with the following:

• Store Brand and Location (EX: FK – Soho, CALI - Brandon, ETC)
• Written word that the UPS is Beeping, and the battery needs to be replaced.
• Denote that the importance is HIGH
