Issue: Manager (MP, AGM, AM, etc.) is unable to access the email account due to an incorrect password
Note: Before requesting a password reset, please reach out to your team members to see if they have the password
Requirements:

- Location email address
Steps
- Open a ticket with tech support requesting a password reset
- Category: Service Request
- Service Request Type: Password Reset
- Password Reset: MS Office
- Brand: [Choose your location]
- Open Ticket Channel: Ticketing System
- Subject: Password Reset
- You MUST include ALL parties that have access to the store email in the CC line of the ticket:
Once the password is reset, be sure that all parties with access to the store email know the new password.
