Issue: The network is not powered on because the back office UPS is turned off
Note: If you are having trouble with a UPS that is not located in the back office, please open a Fresh Tech Ticket.
Precautions:
- Do not unplug the UPS
 - Do not move the location of the UPS
 - If you do not feel comfortable or are unsure while dealing with the UPS, please open a Fresh Tech Ticket.
 - If the UPS is making a beeping noise, please open a Fresh Tech Ticket.
 
Steps
- Locate the UPS in the back office
 
- Validate that the UPS is not already on. If the UPS is on, the little screen on UPS will be lit up
 - Locate the power button and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds.
 

- The small screen on the front of the UPS should light up and the UPS should be on and functional.
 - If the UPS does not power on, please open a Fresh Tech Ticket.
