Request: A manager requests to pause or resume DoorDash orders.

Note: This article is for ONLY Pausing and Resuming Door Dash. To pause or resume all mobile orders (Door Dash, UberEats and OLO) please see "How to Disable online ordering through OLO"

Requirements:

  • DoorDash Merchant login
  • Brand
  • Restaurant Location

 

Pausing DoorDash

Steps:

  1. Log on the DoorDash Merchant portal.
  2. Click on Stores (Left Navigation)
  3. Select your restaurant location in the list.
  4. Click on Store Availability (Left Navigation)
  5. Click Pause Store
     

 

Resuming DoorDash

Steps:

  1. Log on the DoorDash Merchant portal.
  2. Click on Stores (Left Navigation)
  3. Select your restaurant location in the list.
  4. Click on Store Availability (Left Navigation)
  5. Click Make Store Available
