Request: You are asked to 86 / un-86 menu items in Olo
- Log onto Olo using your credentials. Note: if you do not know your credentials, please contact your management or open a ticket.
 - Click Menus, on the left menu
 

- Click Manage Stores for your brand
 
- Check the correct restaurant(s)
 
IMPORTANT: Be sure to select ONLY your restaurant, as selecting anything else will affect other restaurants

- Click Next
 - Click Search Menus on the right menu.
 
IMPORTANT: Do not click Reindex Menus

- Check Fuzzy match and Options,
 - Type the name of the item you wish to 86/un-86 in the Find box
 - Click search
 
Note: If the item does not show up, select Product instead of Options and search again.

- 86’ing Item (Perform for each item you want to 86)
	
- Click 86 Availability
 
 

- 
	
- Check Mark the item(s) as 86’d and schedule an un-86’ date
 - Select tomorrow’s date to automatically un-86 the following day
 
 

- Un-86’ing Item (Perform for each item you want to un-86)
 
Note: A unavailable (86’d) note will show next to the item that is 86’d
- 
	
- Click 86 Availability
 
 

- 
	
- Check Mark the item(s) as un-86’d
 
 

- 
	
- Click Save
 
 
Note: To see the results click Search again.
- Close the browser when you are complete
