Issue: Store reports they are having issues with one of their phones
NOTE: Stores vary between wired/wireless phones. Steps will be listed for both options below.
Potential Issues:
- Volume is too low to hear people
 - Phone calls are not stable (dropping calls/static)
 
Volume is too Low to Hear People
- Wireless Phone
 
- Locate the phone that is experiencing the low volume
 - Looking at the front of the phone you will see up,down,left,right arrows.
 - Use the left and right arrows to adjust the volume
 
- Wired Phone
 
- Locate the phone that is experiencing the low volume
 - Looking at the front of the phone you will see - and + located on the bottom
 - Use the - and + to adjust the volume
 
Phone Calls are Not Stable
- Wireless Phone
 
- Locate the phone that is experiencing the issue
 - Looking at the front of the phone you will see the RED End Call button
 - Hold the End Call button until the phone powers off
 - Once the phone has powered off, press and hold the End Call button until the phone powers on
 - Allow 2 minutes for the phone to completely boot up before using
 
- Wired Phone
 
- Locate the phone that is experiencing the issue
 - Flip the phone base over to look at the cable connections on the back of the phone.
 - On the back you will see an ethernet cable (usually a white cable)
 - Unplug this cable, the phone should power off.
 - Plug the cable back in, ensuring you are plugging into the same port it was originally in.
