Deleting an item from an order on Brink POS Terminal

Issue: Need to delete an item or multiple items from an order. 

 

Requirements:

  • Login access to Brink terminals at the location in question
  • Access at cashier level or higher
  • If the order is already "Sent" (meaning, the items have turned green) you will need a Manager PIN

 

Steps

  1. To delete 1 item, click on the item, and it will turn blue. 
  2. Click "DELETE / VOID" from the bottom left toolbar. 
  3. Repeat for all other items needed. 
  4. If you know ahead of time that you're deleting all items, click the "DELETE ALL ITEMS" button from the bottom toolbar, and follow the prompts.
