Issue: Need to delete an item or multiple items from an order.
Requirements:
- Login access to Brink terminals at the location in question
- Access at cashier level or higher
- If the order is already "Sent" (meaning, the items have turned green) you will need a Manager PIN
Steps:
- To delete 1 item, click on the item, and it will turn blue.
- Click "DELETE / VOID" from the bottom left toolbar.
- Repeat for all other items needed.
- If you know ahead of time that you're deleting all items, click the "DELETE ALL ITEMS" button from the bottom toolbar, and follow the prompts.
