Issue: Need to adjust tips on the Brink POS Terminal

Requirements:

• Login access to Brink terminals at the location in question
• Access at manager level 

Steps: 

1. Using the login from the employee that originally rang the order, log into the Brink Terminal that was used to originally ring in the order.
2. Click "Catering" from the Top Toolbar
3. Click "Adjust Tips"
4. Find the order in question
   • you can sort by card type by clicking the various card type on the bottom of the screen. 
   • you can look for the order by total, last 4 of the card, or Order ID from the main screen.    
   • Use the up and down arrows to page up and down through all orders. 
5. Click the order
6. Type in the amount of the new tip.  
7. Click OK
