Issue: Need to reopen an order on the Brink POS Terminal
Requirements:
- Login access to Brink terminals at the location in question
- Access at cashier level or higher
Steps:
- Log in to the Brink Terminal.
- Click "View Closed Orders" from the bottom toolbar.
- If you see the order, go ahead and click it.
- If you don't see the order, you can search by employee that rang it in, or by Order ID.
- When you click the order, it will change color to Blue.
- Click "Reopen Order" from the botton toolbar.
- The order will reopen in the order lane. From here you can edit the payment, items, surcharges, void it, etc...
