Look up an Order in Brink POS Admin Portal

Issue: Need to look up an order in Brink, need to look up specific order details of an order. 

 

Requirements: Login access to Brink admin Portal. 

 

NOTE: This works for all orders, past and present.  If you need to find an order from today to get all the details and transaction history, this is the fastest way. 

 

Steps:

 

 

  1. Login to the Brink Admin Portal
  2. Click Reports > Orders > Order list by destination
  3. Select your location from the dropdown.  Select today's date from the Date box.  
  4. Click "View Report"
  5. Click the binoculars and enter the order ID.  Click "Find Next" to search for the order
  6. If the order ID is there, it will be highlighted gray.   Click the order to see the order audit

 

 


From this Order Details screen, you'll be able to locate the following:

 

  • Cashier that rang in the order
  • Terminal the order was rang in from
  • Time the order was initiated
  • Items Ordered
  • Payment details
  • If the order was reopened, when and where. 
  • Discounts, comps, voids. 
  • Basically everything about the order up to the present moment

 

The first part of the page is the order summary including all customer info, and order info. 

 

The second part of the page is where you'll see a dropdown called "Order Audit".  When expanded, this will give a chronological history of the order from start to close.
