OLO/Expo Printer Not Working

Issue: Store states the OLO/Expo printer is not printing tickets

 

Potential Issues:

  1. Printer is not powered
  2. Ethernet cable is not connected
  3. Printer is out of paper

 

Printer is Not Powered

  1. On the back of the printer validate the power cable is fully seated.
    1. To ensure the cable is fully seated unplug the cable and plug it back in
  2. Trace the cable back to the outlet to ensure this end is not lose or unplugged
  3. Flip the power switch in the ON position. If the printer is powered an LED will be illuminated on the top of the printer

Ethernet Cable is Not Connected

  1. On the back of the printer validate the Ethernet cable is fully seated
    1. To ensure the cable is fully seated, unplug the cable, and plug it back in
  2. Trace the cable to the wall, ensure the cable is fully plugged in.
    1. NOTE: Ensure you return the cable to the original jack on the wall

Printer is Out of Paper

  1. Open the paper door on top of the printer
  2. Validate the printer has a full roll of paper
