Issue: Store states the OLO/Expo printer is not printing tickets
Potential Issues:
- Printer is not powered
- Ethernet cable is not connected
- Printer is out of paper
Printer is Not Powered
- On the back of the printer validate the power cable is fully seated.
- To ensure the cable is fully seated unplug the cable and plug it back in
- Trace the cable back to the outlet to ensure this end is not lose or unplugged
- Flip the power switch in the ON position. If the printer is powered an LED will be illuminated on the top of the printer
Ethernet Cable is Not Connected
- On the back of the printer validate the Ethernet cable is fully seated
- To ensure the cable is fully seated, unplug the cable, and plug it back in
- Trace the cable to the wall, ensure the cable is fully plugged in.
- NOTE: Ensure you return the cable to the original jack on the wall
Printer is Out of Paper
- Open the paper door on top of the printer
- Validate the printer has a full roll of paper
