Issue: Store states the scanner is not working
Potential Issues:
- Scanner is not powered
 - USB cable is not connected
 - PC needs to be rebooted
 
Scanner is Not Powered
- On the back of the scanner validate the power cable is fully seated. 
	
- To ensure the cable is fully seated unplug the cable and plug it back in
 
 - Trace the cable back to the outlet to ensure this end is not lose or unplugged
 - Press the power button to test power
 
USB Cables is Not Connected
- On the back of the scanner validate the USB cable is fully seated
	
- To ensure the cable is fully seated, unplug the cable, and plug it back in
 
 - Trace the cable to the office pc, ensure the cable is plugged into a USB port on the back of the pc
 
PC Needs to be Rebooted
- In some cases, the PC needs to be rebooted
 - Click the start icon located on the bottom left/middle of the screen
 - Click the Power icon and select Restart
 - Test a scan once the pc powered back on
