How to request a house account (for Catering Managers)

Request: A Catering Manager wants to set up a new House Account for Catering. 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Regional Partner approval to set up the House Account
  • The below requirements will be provided by the customer asking for the account setup.
    • Legal Business Name
    • EIN 
    • Accounts payable contact name
    • Accounts payable phone number
    • Accounts payable email address
    • Tax Exempt cert (if applicable) 
    • Credit terms requested (how many days after the order will they send payment)
    • W9 

 

Steps

  1. Gain approval to set up this account from your Regional Partner and the Accounting Dept 
  2. Gather all requirements from the catering client. 
  3. Add all the requirements to the attached form
  4. Put in a tech request entitled "House Account Setup [fill in catering client name]".

 

Notes

  • Once your account setup form has been received, the tech department will work with the Accounting Dept for approval. 
  • Once approved, the tech and accounting departments should have the account set up within 48 hours from when the request was put in. 
  • Requests put in after business hours or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed 48 hours after the start of the next business day (or sooner if we can).
