Request:  A team member needs the ability to print to a printer currently not associated with their computer.

Validate you are on the Proper Wi-Fi Network

• Restaurant

  • Cali:  CRG
  • FK: CRG or Fresh Kitchen

• Central Office: CRG

Windows

1. Click Start

2. Click Settings

3. Click Bluetooth and devices

4. Click Printers and Scanners

5. Click Add Device

6. Click Add Device for your selected printer
   1. A restaurant should only have 1 printer appear

Mac

1. Click System Preferences
2. Click Printers and Scanners
3. Click + (at the bottom left of the screen)
4. Select your desired printer
5. Click Add
   1. A restaurant should only have 1 printer appear
