Download Mersive Solstice Software
- Room Name (Display Name): A
- Room IP Address: B
Computer: Windows and Apple
- Validate your device is connected to the CRG wi-fi network.
If you do not know the password, please contact a Fresh Tech team member. - Open your internet browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc).
- Type the Room IP Address in the address bar
- Click Get the App
- Once downloaded, launch the downloaded file and follow any instructions.
Phone: Android and Apple
(From Your Laptop / Phone / Tablet)
- Validate your device is connected to the CRG wi-fi network.
If you do not know the password, please contact a Fresh Tech team member - Launch the Mersive Solstice software.
- Click the Display: Room Name (As shown on the TV & in picture above, item A)
- Enter 4-digit screen key on the TV display.
Screen Sharing Best Practices
- It is better to share an application than the desktop
- To share an application, the application must be open and full screen
(From the Video Conference Room Tablet)
Important
- You must have created a Microsoft Teams Meeting and invited the Room Name (As shown on the TV & in picture above, item A)
- You must correctly disconnect the conference software when your meeting is finished (see below)
Validation
- The TV in your room will show your meeting and the time it is starting with Microsoft Teams. If the TV does not show your meeting with Microsoft Teams, you need to reinvite the room to your Microsoft Teams meeting (As shown in picture below, item C)
Conference Room Tablet Setup
- Turn on the Conference Room Tablet (Microsoft Surface Tablet).
- Click Sign In on the tablet, if needed
- Launch the Mersive Solstice software
Troubleshooting:- If you do not see your meeting room in the software, validate you created a Microsoft Teams meeting.
- If you do not see the tablet is connected to the CRG Network, restart the tablet.
- If you do not see your meeting room in the conference room software, restart the tablet.
- If Microsoft Teams will not connect or the Camera is not working, disconnect from the Mersive Solstice Conference Software and reconnect
- If you still do not see your meeting room in the software, contact Tech Support to have them reboot the room in the Solstice Dashboard or the Network Access Point
- Click the Display: Room Name (As shown on the TV & in picture above, item A)
- Enter 4-digit screen key on the TV display.
5. Click Connect
6. Click Room Camera + Mic (Left Navigation)
7. Click Launch Microsoft Teams meeting
In Microsoft Teams on the Tablet
- Click Join Now
- Full screen Microsoft Teams
Note: You are now finished setting up the tablet. Use your personal device now.
Your Personal Device (Laptop, Tablet, Phone)
- Turn off your speaker
- Launch Microsoft Teams and join the meeting
- Mute your microphone in Microsoft Teams
- Turn off your video in Microsoft Teams
Note: Everyone physically present that joins the meeting on their device should ensure they are muted and that their video is turned off
In Microsoft Teams
- Click Share.
2. Select the Window you want to share
You are now sharing your screen through Microsoft Teams!
Ending The Meeting
Your Device
- Click Leave in Microsoft Teams
Conference Room Tablet
- Click Leave in Microsoft Teams
- Close Microsoft Teams
- Close browser
- Click Disconnect from the Solstice Software
Troubleshooting
Issue: I cannot see the Mersive Software on the TV
Fix: Check the TV source is on the correct setting
- Using the remote, press the source button
- Check that the TV source is set accordingly

Issue: The sound in the conference is echoing
Fix: Check the audio settings on your conference
- Make sure everyone’s computer audio is muted
Issue: The room cannot hear the participants
Fix: Check the Microsoft Teams audio settings on the Conference Room Tablet
- In Teams, locate the More ellipses (3 dots)
- Click Device Settings
- Set the audio device to the Jabra SPEAK 810
- Speaker and microphone should be set to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone
Issue: I cannot see the video of the room
Fix: Check the Microsoft Teams video settings on the Conference Room Tablet
- In Microsoft Teams, locate the More ellipses (3 dots)
- Click Device Settings
- Check to ensure that Logitech BRIO is selected as the Camera
