Issue: Order tickets are not printing because a printer is not working.
Solution: Reroute printing to another printer
Requirements: Manager permissions assigned to the POS login
- Log into Aloha POS
	
- If you are presented with the Tables screen, click My Tables Home Page to go to the home screen
 
 - Click Functions
 - Click System
 - Click Reroute Printer
 - Click the printer that is not working
 - Click Change Routing
 - Click the printer you want to tickets to print to

 - Click OK
 - Submit a test order to confirm ticket are printing to the rerouted printer.
 
When the non-working printer has been fixed, follow the steps above to restore printing to the correct printer.
